many others. Roy bought his first domain name in 1997. Upon selling that
name for 30 times profit, he then realized the potential domains held and
began registering domains. He built his portfolio using the knowledge
gained from his domain research business DNS Research Inc. DNS Research
Inc. was one of the first companies to offer true, expired, on-hold,
dictionary, 2 and 3 letter (and character), as well as custom keyword and
domain name server lists to the public as early as 1999.

task forces relating to intellectual property and other domain policy
