You know the problem isn't whether you can find a host that's friendly. The problem is their upstream isn't going to stay friendly for long when the other backbones start blocking them.

Kimmykim is right.

If you want your spam servers to stay up for long I would advise taking alot of money with you - as it won't come cheap.

And no one is going to guarantee you that it will stay up.

How you dns your stuff is as important as anything else as well remember. Many a spammer's been busted on dns entries...

You can get a list of these providers when you do a google search for mass mail service. They put limits on bulking --I guess that's how they stay alive.

theres no such thing as bulk email hosting... no one can take the heat for extended periods of time.. its just not possible.. and those who say they can are only out to take your money...

I don't use bulk mail nor have tried this provider, but it seems to answer the original question -- serious limits on traffic though --

DNS = Register.com hosted DNS (or any other domain provider). They never respond to spam complaints.
