    "Tell a friend" scripts?

    Anyone use one of these on adult sites? Recommend me what you use please.

    Also, is there any risk such scripts could be hacked and used to send bulk spam mail? And do these scripts bring decent traffic or are they not worth the risk?

    Thanks.

    first thing I would do with such a script is change the file name so internet marketers (spammers) can't find it when they search for popular script names in Google

        Maybe you can construct a link instead, so the mail is sent from the persons own email client instead of your server. That would open the email client your member uses, allowing them to add whatever they want and hit SEND. Something like:

        href = mailto:[email protected] ? subject = something & body = something else

            That doesn't work for surfers that don't have Outlook setup and only use web based email.
