Trying to work with Ibill Thread
Ok, I have talked to My rep (again) Michelle Waldman and have also gotten ahold of Andrew F. Smith. The issue I have is that I signed an agreement for payout back in April of this year. Neither payment was met. by that agreement I should have been paid in full by now.
Now I'm hearing that I need to find the original paper I faxed into them back in april since they can't seem to find it. I'm looking for it now as I know I have it but since I have moved since then and It's gotten filed away I'm not sure which moving box it could be in. (I found the original time stamped cookie and files on my system to the actual agreement showing when I downloaded and printed it to sign) Which I could figure out a way to access the files on my fax to print out faxes from the past, as I know it should still be in the memory (I hardly ever use it.) It's a Brother 3100C if anyone has an idea of how I might go about this. I figured I would start this tread to detail how this progresses. So Right now, as it sits still no money... a missing agreement and 2 Ibill "National Account Managers" aware of this facts and looking into it. According to them the NEW agreement would issue the payouts on March 2006 and March 2007. Lets see if we can get this resolved. |
