Double opt-in list is at 100 now. It's small, but what kind of sales and conversions should I see with the list?

I would say go with http://bighip.com/ . We were in a similar boat with not getting allot of new names but wanting to give our subscribers discounts and stuff and these guys took care of us..

100? Depends on what you market. 30% of mail isn't even seen these days. 10% may open. 10% ctr.. you're looking at 1:10 conversions on a free offer. so send 10 email offers to 100 people for a lead/sale possibility.
