Have you ever been to Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco) in Mexico?

It is small town with great beaches, spring breakers come from Phoenix and nearby to drink and party. There are lots of Americans down there.

The thing is that I live kinda close and I would like to start an offline biz down there but aimed to Americans, if you have been there what is it lacking?

I was down there 3 years ago with TheMan!
It was cool. We pretty much just stayed at a beach house.
I don't remember what it was missing. I wasn't there during tourist season so there wasn't much going on. Good luck with whatever you do! I hear that place is going to
