No, it is not a perfect analogy. Real Estate is far different from consumer computer parts. The xbox 360 is another bad analogy. Supply and Demand.

What are you trying to argue here anyway? That since it is a free country based o capitolism he can sell it at whatever price he pleases? No shit. I can also say that it is a horrible deal and point out how people can get it for $800 less brand new. So where is your point?

You just got my point. He can do what he wants. Why don't you go on a crucade and hit ebay. There are lots of people on there that need you telling them they are ripping people off. When you are finished there you can go to the used car lot and do the same. :thumbsup
