I see that guy is still alive but that was really a shocking experience. good for him he was able to bear the pain of the live wire and the 30 ft fall.

when i was in the barrio of Mexico city, some of the residence would climb the poles and towers to hook up electricty for their shacks. the fatality rate was quite high and there were dozzens of extention cords running from the top of the poles.
