What you have to understand is that we all know alot of the models can tend to flake out alot, they change there email, phone numbers so often they forget to update them everywhere.

My site AdultxModels.com was one of the first, the only site remotely close to mine was sexyjobs.com. We monitor all the members that sign up and we keep a close eye out for fakes, when a producer cannot get a response from the model we try to get in contact with them, if we cannot after a week or so we will remove thier profile.

Also these girls travel alot and sometimes will not answer there emails for weeks, so we try to give them time, but if we have no luck they get removed.

As far as the fake profiles on a lot of sites, the problem is that after I launched my site there were alot of copycats just trying to get there own database of models or using the site to sell advertising, most of them do not care if anyone finds work.

I do not know the people from hardcoremodeling.com personally, but I hear they are very legit also!

It is tough because so may fakes have made it hard for the legit companies to be trusted.

One more thing, also a lot of these sites that have come out, just copy other sites along with their profiles, so they do not even have contact with these models.

We have already made 4 sites shut down because of them copying info off of our site, one site even went as far as to copy word for word everything on our site including the coming soon page, emails etc.. lol at least chage the text a bit!!! Idiots!!

lol.. I don't think you get the concept of the site, the model is not looking to work for "hardcore modeling" she created a profile with her availability.

What is funny to me is that a lot of people yell and scream that they pay huge finders fees but 12 bucks for access to a database is out of the question.

I have shot some girls I found on hardcoremodeling and I was a member when it was a lot smaller, they grow steady not sure but I think at least 10 models a day.

If you find only one instead of paying the finders fee you just covered a couple years of membership to a site like that.

I do understand peoples fustrations on certain sites where all the talent is not into doing adult work. But hardcoremodeling was designed for talent and employers in the adult industry. We do not recommend our site for talent that is not seeking work within the adult industry and we do read over talents profiles and believe it or not we do reject some because they just sound like fakes or are not seeking work in this field.


Working in the adult industry for a couple years has given me the knowledge to know what people want on a site and what they dont want. I understand some get fustrated about having to have a membership fee, but the reason we do that is to try and keep fakes who claim to be producers and such out, the site has no hard core pictures, so the people who are searching for porn will not want to join our site. We cater to both talent and employes of all types in the adult industry and want to make it easy to find each other for work.

What I dont understand I hear people offering these huge finders fees for one girl, but to pay $12.95 for a basic membership is too much? When you might have the luck of finding 5 girls instead of one?

HardCoreModeling is not here to scam anyone and believe me I take fake profiles seriously. I am very open to peoples emails both from talent and employers, where I and my staff do our best to resolve issues if they come up.


Anyways thanks to those who have joined our site, we do NOT place any fake profiles and we DO NOT have any duplicate ones either. I am not wanting to be known for a HUGE data base of the same talent over and over. I am seeking quality not quantity.

Sounds like a few agencies are starting to break through and hopefully that will weed out all those fake worthless sites that make it hard for anyone wanting to deal with any sites like ours and try finding talent themselves rather then deal with all the hassles.

I started my agency strictly because I was tired from the models side of it dealing with crappy agencies. I decided forget it I'll start my own. It will be small and won't make any money probably but it will be ran like it should be. Hopefully it stays as good to clients as the models cause I make it real easy for the girls and go way out of my way to help them get into the business. I don't charge some huge finders fee just a small percentage fee and after the shoot and everything went smooth. I know girls flake out and it shouldn't be at the photographers expense. So I trust the photographers that they will pay me a small amount after things went good and hopefully it keeps them coming back.

I am glad to see so many decent suggestions for companies here cause like I said I am pretty small and when I get requests for girls I don't have I will definately know who to recomend now.

If anyone has any questions for hiring any of the girls I have feel free to contact me. I have access to lots of great girls mostly brand new fresh faces but not the big name in the industry to put tons of money in promoting and advertising.

i'm at almost 6 months paying more than 12 bucks a month at 6 of these sites and guess how many girls i've got from that investment? ZEER- fucking-OH!

not blaming the sites for the most part though I do have some issues with them - it's the pinhead 'models'. i've had girls i have great work for - shooting for me and others - but total flakes - i have no idea why they even bother putting their profiles on these sites.

what the sites should do is set up a flagging system for producers on each profile - if a girl fails to respond to an ad or worse books a job and flakes the producer can flag her - if the girl accumulates a certain number of flags then dump her profile - but i doubt most of these sites would do that because the more girls they appear to have the better the chance somebody will subscribe.

i'm cancelling all of the ones I'm on for now except for OMP - if i see a promising girl it is worth the money to subscribe and see if she'll respond.

I agree with you paytonrain, there are so many agencies that are no good in the business, but there are some good ones too.

Just to make it clear, HardCoreModeling.com is not an agency at all. We are a job board that is making it easy for employers and talent to find a connection. We do not have an issue with modeling agencies even listing there girls as long as they check off that the talent has representation so those viewing talent know this.

We welcome all who are serious about finding work or finding talent in the adult industry. I do not look down upon any modeling agency at all, like I said we welcome them to list thier talent for more exposure. I think its great when the right talent meets up with a great employer. I have gotten many emails of thanks from both talent and employers that have found each other on our site.

I always wish everyone the best in this business, like I said we dont charge a finders fee nor a % to join the site to find talent, and for those who do I find nothing wrong with it either as long as everyone is happy with the end result.

We are even thinking of placing a page for feed back from both talent and employers for the reasons you stated, girls being flaky or so called producers who book girls and dont pay.

We are trying to make our site the best for people in the adult industry and that is why I say we do not take kindly to fakes and we do not allow more then ONE profile per person.

I am hoping to have that page up soon so I can start posting some of the great emails i do get and also I appericate a heads up on any flakes which I will email myself and if I get no answer from them then they are off the site.

Hey Mutt, you know tehre is some truth in that. I am a member of several and sexyjobs for one has more bouncing emails and double profiles then active talent it seems. I guess it's also how producers/employers approach talent. I have heard some pretty rude stuff from girls, employers pushing, calling them names if they nicely declined etc. Offers for escorting like there is no tomorrow. I see this as a 2 way street and to be honest I get models from where ever I can as long as they are willing to work and I can use them. From friends reffering, sites like Hardcore Modeling or agencies.

I agree with you about the people paying $100's for finders fee, but do not want to pay the small monthly fee. The problem is so many people have been burned by the "fake" sites like ours that there is a loss of trust.

you want an even bigger laugh, we originally tried vharging the model $4.95 per YEAR for a profile, just to make sure the models are real. the models would not pay $4.95 for a year, when they are making $100's per shoot, if they get one booking they have enough to pay for a lifetime has to do away with it, too many headaches

We are the same, we are not an agency and everything is checked to endure real profiles as well. We do not have any hardcore images either to do away with the surfers.

I agree with you about the models, i do not understand why someone puts up a profile and then doesn't respond to bookings. I have keicked off a bunch of models for this, they have to understand even if they do not want the job or do not like the offer at least have the professionalism to write back and say "Thank you i am not interested", at least respond!

We do have a "flagging" type system, when you book a model on our site, once you complete the job, you can close out your booking and leave a comment about the model that will be displayed on her profile so other people can see what comments have been writen, same with the models, tehy can leave +/- comments about the producer.

We also have fixed the little bug in our system, we have link to click if you are having problems contacting a model, it sends us an email with the info and we can get on the phone and contact them, if they do not respond in a timly manor then they get removed from the site.
