I haven't noticed much increase in cancellations but new signups have been down for two weeks for me.

No it aint just you. Read my previous 96000 messages on Ibill
cancelling about 40% of my rebills.

I now believe that they are just deleting left over rebills rather
than have them show up back dated in the CMI.

So where do we go now?

yes cancelations appear higher then normal but i dont think its any thing wierd . what it looks like is rebills are once again behind and then all the sudden they fucking rebill 5 x s the normal amount of poeple on one day. witch means 5xs the the normal amount emails go out on one day witch means the a higher % of people will most likely cancel on that day. for example i had alot of rebills carrey forward and friday and sat i had huge rebills on one day . thats all good but those emails were all sitting at the top of my customers mailboxs sat. witch most people get rebilled during the week they are buisy and dont remember to cancel if they want to so you might get another month outta them . but having a shit load of rebills taking place over a weekend is not always a good thing. i lost a few extra yesterday and today but the average is still there so i wont sweet it. and sign ups are still strong as always.
