Those have a lower CRI rating than Kino Flo. Colors won't be as "true". But you could just buy the fixtures and then buy Kio Flo Bulbs if you want.
I have 2 Kino 4 bank selects and 2 smaller sized parabeams. They make the video look amazing and the colors in my video look great.
Best bank of the buck in Kinos are the foto flo 400s.
