No! First of all, I've become much wiser than I was e.g. 5 years ago. I think I'm having my best age now, I work out and I'm in much better shape than I used to be. Damn, I'm good! :)

The 30 year old me of today would kick the 19 year old version's ass, although I kicked my dad's butt at that age.

I am smarter and have way more heart now and that makes a big difference.

There were plenty of good Muay Thaih schools in Van. Gold Lion had some good fighters. As for grapplers, dude, I have no idea what you are talking about, Denis Kang fought out of BC, under Marcus Soares, the highest ranked BJJ Blackbelt in Canada. There's also a Gracie Barra school at Cocoon Athletics, as well as a host of BJJ schools in Langley, Richmond, etc.

You could find good fighters anywhere if you looked hard enough.

lol that was Wayne in Sun Valley who shot scenes for us, I forgot all about that. He was so startled when I just shot in on him he didn't know what to do, and we DID fall in the pool. Well, from the knees down lol
