POLL !!! Should surfers be required to obtain a " surfer license " ????
After all, you need a license to drive a car, fly a plane, practice law, go fishing ...
Maybe then these idiots wouldn't open the stupid " we have logged your IP-address on more than 30 illegal Websites ", wouldn't contaminate their puter , and I wouldn't receive 200+ fucking emails every 10 minutes !!!!!

I think you need a surfer license yourself. Learn to setup some filters... or use gmail.

You know those so called "bonus days" that some programs offer?
Well, eraser type programs are no different. The jump in the amount of spam received is a direct result from that. But to answer the question, no, they shouldn't get a license. Because thos same AOL'ers/surfers like porn and are consequently paying my bills.
