Stilton is about the only cheese that is good from that country that is not on any food map worth its name. France has LOTS of good cheeses

Yeah, France has lots of good cheeses, but so far I haven't found a single one I like as much as Stilton.

It's cheese. Really, really good cheese. With a rich, deep flavour. Goes well with port... or beer for that matter.

There are tons of blue cheeses, but Stilton has its own distinctive quality that I prefer over pretty much all others. Danish Blue, Gorgonzola and Roquefort are usually sharper and less rich in taste than Stilton. I'd say Stilton is somewhere in between a Roquefort and a Rochebaron in taste, which really makes it quite unique.

I love cheese, I'm eating Brie right now all by itself with no bread, it's so rich and creamy... I love all cheeses, string cheese, cheddar cheese, I love this Dutch spreadable cheese that used to be in this golden square container, it was really good. I also like Boursin cheese, never tried Stilton, I have to get some.

I have a Trader Joe's next to my house and they have a great selection of gourmet cheeses. I am getting thirsty eating all this cheese tho, but i I love it, it's my #1 food for eating while reading gfy.

I finished a huge package of brie in only 2 days and I ate it with very little bread, most munched on it by itself.

Bought some cheeses yesterday, including one of my favorite hard cheeses: Gruyere.

Goes perfect together with my Nero d'Avola.
