    I wanted to charge the battery and it fell on the ground, of course it doesn't work anymore .

                      Return it to Creative. Don't they have a warrenty or something? You can say it just stopped working if it doesn't have a huge dent on it.

                      I have the Zen Touch Photo 8gig. There's nothing like them.
                      I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
