Your custodian of records statement should have a person's actual name and physical address. A PO Box is not good enough as I understand it.

You should optimalize that 300k picture too, the page doesnt really have a theme, alignment of texts should be centered (like the pic is), also the font type you use isnt clear enuf.

That was the first thing I noticed when checking out the site. You've got some serious problems if you use iBill. Just do a search here on the forums for them and you'll get the jist of things.
