icq crashing all the time today, anybody else?

today my icq pro 2003 #3916 is crashing all the time with a runtime error in icq.exe... anybody experiencing this? |

I use Trillian and every once in a while it will disconnect me. Not often enough to be considered a problem though.

if im away from my keyboard for longer then 5minutes it always disconnects....
but i think this is a problem that my firewall causes
