No, but I know she has had other folks chatting her up on iBill claims a while back so chances are she is well-familiar and that may save some time!

Also.. I'd be inclined to hear from Inteca - rate the folks there!

That number for the Florida AG's office is where they got an existing file on iBill and ... this is a while back now... but wanted more complaints to come in to formulate stuff.

bump for ibill... Andrew stopped replying to me weeks ago, right after he told me that he no longer knew when I would get paid the first installment. Funny thing is, 2 months before this he told me " the first installment is going out today".

In my lawsuit I am demanding that I be paid the full amount now. Ibill made a loan with me, repayment schedule, and interest rate. Like any other loan, you can call the whole loan after the person is a couple months late.

The Ibill USA did screw me out of money but it wasnt much.

I know its all the same company, but EU deals with different banks and via Gkard and Intecca, so far no issues.

Seriously... watch for the hit on that s0laris. Depending on how companies are organized, the whole empire can collapse and doubt the EU would be paid a dime unless Inteca stood in the middle. iBill have nada cred with banks - whether in the US or elsewhere.

Nope, they are now 2 payments short in regards to the settlement agreement. They haven´t done the December 7 payment either.
I got some response from Todd Gravelle a few weeks ago, but he not replying anymore, just like Andrew.

Come January (going to Lanzarote for X-mas tomorrow), I´l start contact the lawyers provided to me by Webby and SL....
