bump for ibill... Andrew stopped replying to me weeks ago, right after he told me that he no longer knew when I would get paid the first installment. Funny thing is, 2 months before this he told me " the first installment is going out today".

In my lawsuit I am demanding that I be paid the full amount now. Ibill made a loan with me, repayment schedule, and interest rate. Like any other loan, you can call the whole loan after the person is a couple months late.

I use IBILL EU for some non mainstream sites and have always been paid on time every 2 weeks like clockwork.

The Ibill USA did screw me out of money but it wasnt much.

I know its all the same company, but EU deals with different banks and via Gkard and Intecca, so far no issues.

Give it time sooner or later Iball's will screw you like they did everyone else!!

Nope, they are now 2 payments short in regards to the settlement agreement. They haven´t done the December 7 payment either.
I got some response from Todd Gravelle a few weeks ago, but he not replying anymore, just like Andrew.

Come January (going to Lanzarote for X-mas tomorrow), I´l start contact the lawyers provided to me by Webby and SL....
