The real problem as I see it is the lack of communication. IBill ignores people straight up when it comes to their payments. For some it hurts and who wants to loose money? For the others, those funds are the means to pay for their daily bread.

Sure - tho even when solvent they never quite refined the art of communication. (That's called sarcasm BTW)

Who knows what the truth is behind closed doors, - that may be released at some future point, - but it is clear there was an abundance of mismanagement from at least the time Galanis/Molina/Penthouse/IBD and their dogs and families took over. When banks start being "concerned" (with good reason) and announcing in advance, their intention not to continue doing business with iBill and the management then do nothing to remedy this and replace banks - their sure is some problem!

It took less than an hour when first asking some banking folks about iBill - the problem lay with the possibility of iBill management having access to millions of credit card details and the background of the management was more than dubious.

The real problem is Iball's not paying the money they promised to pay months ago. The real problem is Iball's spewing lies and deceit. The real problem is the company is still owned by the fools who caused the First Data fiasco. Lack of communication or dis information is the foundation of Iball's management strategy and always has been since we first had an account with them over 8 years ago..

it helps keep the thread going..

BTW, i gave ibill until friday to make that payment they were suppose to send 2 months ago or I will turn this over to my attorney. I am one of the people who does not NEED the money but I will be damned if I walk away from it. Even if most of the money owed went to attorney fees I would do it out of principle. I have been letting them string me along for the last 4 months or so, that and the fact that I am too busy to deal with this shit on a daily basis, but from this friday on I will have a full time attorney working on it. And if they really want to piss me off about paying me I will hire someone full time just to give them bad PR. If they don't want to fucking pay me I will make evey legal effort to bring down that company and make sure all of the assholes working there are jobless and not getting paid either.

We will see how effective a booth is at the next show when I have one next to it that says" Ibill doesn't pay webmasters".

Just be sure to set up a webcam to show both booths...and record the event for posterity.

Just got off the phone with Ibill. They said that the first payment of my account will happen March 2006 and the second March 2007 (course this is the first I have heard of this...) Anyone else getting the same message from them?

That's verbatim from their 'Bullshit Response #18 Script'. Constantly subject to revision and update.

Don't bank on a word they say. Keep pursuing your money and don't let up.

Kinda unlikely with a working capital deficit of >$10m and no available line of credit

I have just filed my complaint to the ftc. I'm tired of this bullshit and I want a resolution as I'm sure all the rest of you do. They own me a little over 10 Thousand which is small potatos (lucky I was only using them as my 3 level of signup) but It's become the point of the matter. I keep hearing that I'm getting paid, I have been told that my first payout was in the mail, then I was told it would be in one week, then after signing the settlement agreement I was told 2 weeks, now I'm hearing I have to wait till march 2006 for payment one. IT's seem like a never ending fuck off.

I have esed Ibill for years... Support has always sucked but now it's getting even worse. I had to call the support by going though the sales center (which picked right up) because when you dial the support you only get a recorded message telling your the hours that the support centers open. Course the sales department was able to walk over and get me someone on the phone.

Funny thing is I got an email from Ibill trying to talk me into switching over to them as my primary processor... LOL

Course I told them back to pay me what they owe me from trhe past and untill them to fuck off.

Yah... won't do shit. What else can a person do at this point. The amount of cash is not enough to warrent getting my attorney to fuck with it, I would be all for joining a class action againt them. I already don't see getting any money back and have written ift off as a loss awhile ago.

Likewise, we recently filed formal complaints with the FTC - and I'll be making an attempt to get through to the Florida Attorney General within the week, but I don't hold much faith in accomplishing much. Undoubtedly the complaints will be assigned a number and get added to the growing stack.

About the best we can do is keep their criminal activities front and centre in the public spotlight. Keep the msg. threads on the front pages of the forums for all to see.

Iball's seem to want to milk the few clients they have for as long as possible. March 2006 come on ! That would be the ideal time to file bankruptcy just about the time companies have to file their tax returns ?

iBill ***PAID IN FULL!!!***

After 15 months - we wanted to announce to the GFY community that our Kastle Archives Productions company has finally been paid IN FULL by iBill - for all revenues owing...dating back in Sept/'04!

You heard right! The cheque arrived in the mail just this morning! To say I'm stunned and amazed is to put it mildly.

Our thanks and gratitude to iBill rep Tom Catterson for following through for us and successfully settling the account to our satisfaction.

Primarily I'm posting this message to everyone to pass along some hope for those of you still owed back revenues from iBill. They've now demonstrated to us that they're attempting to turn things around and make financial restitution on their debts. Its unfortunate that it had to take 15 months, countless phone calls and emails...and a littany of negative public postings to accomplish this - but at this stage we can at least say - better late than never.

To all our fellow colleagues in the industry - keep up the faith. I'm NOT an iBill employee or shill. Just a porn producer and webmaster like the rest of ya's. And as far as iBill's concerned...we're now settled up!

All Im getting so far from talking with them is that now they can't locate my signed payout agreement from April... I even provided them with the time stamp info from when I downloaded the files that I printed and sent back to them. (So they could try and figure out where they would have put it) or who might have handled it) Now, I have to now dig though a garage full of moving boxes (Just moved into a new house) to try and locate a single piece of paper from 7 months ago... Christ this is so stupid. Of course I got the "well, who was your rep...) I had been switched to my 3rd or 4th by then so who the hell knows at this point who it was. Like everyone else I just want to get paid my money. I'll post updates and and outcomes.... IF I have to resign a new agreement they are telling me that it would then be the March 2006/2007 payout... thats garbage. I was right there and signed the friken payout agreement the first day it became availiable... Sorry venting a little.

Normal crap from iBill Gerco. Ask them a simple question and send another 50 emails to get a sensible factual response - if any.

When you do get confirmation they have recieved your original docs, the pleasure of dealing with assholes has not begun yet - it goes like this:

"I'll have a word with my manager" - "I appreciate you confirmed your bank wire data already, but could you just do this again" (after having done it over 20 times!) - "I'll see what I can do about getting payment for you - but can't promise anything" - "Who were you dealing with?" - "Would you please confirm you have not received any payments, - we have issued 5 wire transfers" - "Prove it!" No reply. Liars!!

More BS from Iball's . It never stops. They pay one active webmaster who post on GFY and think that will end the negative post. Boy are they stupid or what ?

A few more weeks? iBill stopped paying people Sept. of last year. Just keep giving them your signups and hold on to the thought you'll be paid. Chump!!

Will,

I sent you an email in late October indicating that since you had corrected the banking issue your initial payout for the settlement would be going out. Since that time, other issues (not related to your account specifically) have held up all settlement payouts. You ARE on the list to be paid (as of 10/5/05) but I do not have a date at this time when the settlement payout issue will be resolved. Current payouts on all current charges are not affected, and are going out as scheduled.

Once I have any further information I will contact you immediately. I appreciate your patience in this, especially in view of what other hassles you have gone through this year.

Please contact me if you have any other questions.

Looking forward to working with you,

Andrew F. Smith

National Account Manager

Fuck you! time to get the attorny involved and to hire that full time person to get negative PR going for ibill... like that will be a hard job for someone to do. Where do I go to get a booth for conventions??

Anyone else here notice the lies!!!!!!!????!!!??

I was told no one is being paid now, and not sure when the payments would begin again.

(on the same day) One person was told the settlement payments would begin in March.

(on the same day) Another person is paid in full, not just a first installment, but paid 100% in FULL.

HOW CAN THEY KEEP UP WITH ALL THE LIES!!!!!!

I WANT MY FUCKING MONEY, pay me or you might as well close shop now because I will personally do everything (legally) in my power to bring you down!

i know they are reading this.
