If ya ask a merchant bank about iBill's prospects - they we just assume you are insane for asking.

I myself am surprised that there hasn't been a class action lawsuit filed on this. Maybe they think there are no assets to distribute.

Merchant bank is in the Philipines. Their offices could be registered in Nigeria, it really doesn't make a difference.

I heard that Ibill ran out of paper to print the checks.
They will be sending checks out as soon as the check paper arrives.
lol

Seriously, everyone owed money should contact the Florida Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. Then retain an attorney to fight for YOUR money.

Here is the Florida Fraud Hotline 1-866-966-7226

A big thank you to all the people who keeps bumping the thread.

Iīve been reading through your post and I think we need to seperate webmasters between the US and the EU.

US: you should proably follow the advice posted by Dustman. Here goes:
-----------------------------
Seriously, everyone owed money should contact the Florida Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. Then retain an attorney to fight for YOUR money.

Here is the Florida Fraud Hotline 1-866-966-7226

Federal Trade Commission - File a Report
https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01
-------------------------
I am in the EU and I donīt think that it will do me any good to contact the FTC and whatever else is mentioned. Maybe Iīm wrong? Perhaps someone could shed some more light on the subject of foreign webmasters contacting US authorities, will it do any good?

EU webmaster: Webby mentioned Inteca which was probably the smartest post in this thread. Hereīs the page: http://www.inteca.org/
Inteca have been helping get some (repeat some) of the money owed to me back in the spring this year. Iīm very grateful for what Inteca have done.

At this point I have written to Inteca regarding this new "Agreement" I made with Ibill and hope to get an answer from them soon. Hopefully it will be positive, realisticly it will not help me.

I have also recieved a reply from Andrew Frederick Smith today after 2 weeks of silence and a zillion emails to every Ibill email I could find. I also mailed Christian Strohmenger, who someone mentioned in previous post. I suspect that he is the one who finally got Andrew to reply (or itīs one and the same person - at this point it would not surprise med).

The answer I got from Andew was that he didnīt knew anything. He could only tell me what "they" told him, which was that there still was a problem with the settlement payments and that he didnīt knew what the problem was. Thatīs what he have been telling me for 2 months now.

-----------------------------
Finally I would like to add that I hear all the people posting that I should write of the money. No, I will not do that. I earned them and I want them. Itīs not the end of the world, but it is a large sum for me - I want them and since Iīm having a kid i April 2006 and since my wife and I just bought out first house, Iīm not going to let this slide.

Now, bookmark this thread and keep bumping it just as you have so far. Once again, thank you for your help. Nice to see that GFY can also be a place for that :-)

When people say right off your money i think they are saying don't put all your hopes into it. But that is not to say give up trying to make these assholes pay whats due or to keep this thread in the publics eye until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.

Seriously, I hear you. If I was in the US I would have done that months ago. If Ibill was in my country, I would have done that a long time ago.

Unfortunately, thatīs not the case. EU and US webmasters have different options. Unless someone can recommend a US lawyer who will take this on for a reasonable price and work with a EU webmaster, thatīs just not an option for me.

True, at this point my entire existence is not based on getting the money and somehow I suspect that I will not get them, so Iīm not putting all my hopes into it. However, I do put an effort into trying to get the money.

The cery best thing that any of you can do it to hire an attorney, and make sure that you and he gets paid before the CEO of Ibill does.

Claude,

How much money are you talking about? Don't forget there was a hurricane in South Florida, so that is probably the reason for the delay.

Your money is safe in the Caribbean somewhere, I believe Antigua.

Probably...huh Webmeister?

Was there another hurricane I didn't hear about after Nov. 6th. That was the day I was personally promised by Tom Catterson that a cheque was being cut immediately. I have it marked on my calendar here beside me in bold letters.

That was nearly three weeks ago - NO CHEQUE!

What was the intervening excuse between Nov. 6th - and now? Hail of toads? Locusts? Or did Cliff Clavin lose his way between Florida and Canada?

Oh...wait, I know. Its the Christmas season. Increased mail volumes and such - all those cheerful Xmas cards being sent. That must be it. Cheque is in the mail...on a slow boat via Istanbul.

iBalls must surely tune in to CNN on a daily basis and pray for the next natural disaster, or holiday, or any sort of event they can point to as an excuse not to deliver on their promises. They probably have events ranked on a 10-scale of how many days each one allows them to stall.

no you can't. Trust me i thought the same way but have been around the block with my CPA about these types of issues ( companies that owe me money and have not paid). You can't write off a loss on money you did not receive. Basically you can't lose something you don't have. You can certainly wrote off your expenses you had from trying to make that money, etc... but if you were owed say 20K from ibill at the end of the year you don't get a 20K write off. You just have 20K less in income.

Listen here you pathetic piece of shit. I will explain what is obvious. It is obvious ibill signed an agreement to pay me 5K within 14 days of accepting the agreement the proposed to me and then 3K every 3 months for the next 2 years, with a final payment of the balance owed in 2 years. It is obvious that it has been over 2 months since ibill received this agreement from me (they confirmed this in email, that they received it), and I have not seen a penny from them.

So here is a fucking " it is obvious" for you. It is obvious they continue to lie to webmasters and that they have no intentions to carry out on new contracts they are making with people.

Unfortunately, thatīs not the case. EU and US webmasters have different options. Unless someone can recommend a US lawyer who will take this on for a reasonable price and work with a EU webmaster, thatīs just not an option for me.
I was just copying the post so it was on this page as well. Good luck finding a legal option over in the UK. Hopefully everyone can get what is owed to them.

Its quite simple, really. Let me spell it out for you Mr. Webmeister.

None of us understand why they keep making specific promises of payments to be made - if they don't have the money.

But thanks for continuing to bump the thread and keep them on the front page. You're useful in that respect.

Instead of all the negativity, I would invite people here to share their POSITIVE experiences with Ibill. don't listen to the one or two malcontents.

OK.. Politeness goes so far.

Shut the fuck up you stupid asshole.

There are NO positive experiences with iBill over the last two years. "One or two malcontents" are the sum total of iBill's clients.

Now.. fuck off and play elsewhere!

"...one or two malcontents."

Ignorance must be bliss for you.

Since you've obviously not been keeping up with current events - here's a brief summation - the only positive experiences with iBill are from iBill reps themselves.

When the overwhelming majority have been royally fucked over...why can't you comprehend the utter futility of your position here?

You're either delusional...or in complete denial of the facts.

Some interesting facts from the IBD quarterly report, posted Nov. 23 (http://biz.yahoo.com/e/051123/ibdi.ob10qsb_a.html):

Quote:
The Company believes that the processing arrangements with the new domestic payment processing vendors as well as new business opportunities being pursued by the Company should enable the Company to continue to make the payouts to its clients, and to eventually reduce accrued payouts outstanding. The Company also believes that these initiatives and actions being taken to improve its operations and financial condition should enable the Company to continue as a going concern. There can be no assurances, however, that the Company will be successful in these initiatives or that these initiatives will result in improved financial performance.
Quote:
OTHER INCOME. Other income for the three months ended September 30, 2005, consisted of interest income from the reserves held by First Data Merchant Services of $141,443 and other income of $2,196,180, partially offset by interest expense $449,762 from LOC and notes payable. Other income of $2,196,180 was comprised of processor reserves held by First Data Merchant Services for prior year services which we had previously set up an allowance for.
Nice, they collected interest on the reserves held. Also they seem to have hefty debts, 450k interest from LOC = millions of $ in debt.

We believe that the results of operations from iBill will improve as we regain lost customers and increase operating efficiencies. However, we must obtain additional financing to facilitate our expansion of the iBill operations. In the absence of financing we may be unable to satisfy past due obligations.
lol

(Sorry if this has already been posted.)

Love that first quote in your post David. It comprises of "words" of hope and countered by "no assurances" - ie.. means nothing.

It's in keeping with the stream of "iBill moving forward" statements issued earlier.

They all need throwing in jail
