Don't hold your breath waiting for this Andrew asshole to answer. In effect Ibill has just one person working answering all the nasty mail they get each day. This person set up like 20 e-mail addresses and has lost track of most of them.
He is running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to save his job, but its a losing battle.

The crap he is given to post is the same old shit Iball's has always posted from years ago. The facts are Iball's is going out of business, if you are owed money by them kiss it good-bye, if you haven't seen it yet you will never see it. Stop sending joins to Iball's or any sponsor still stupid enough to use Iball's, that way you will at least not lose any more money !

DO NOT SEND IBILL ANOTHER EMAIL OR PHONE CALL, PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL A LAWYER

I seriously can't believe people are still trying to "work things out" or talk with ibill reps about getting their money. Pick up the phone, spend $100 on a lawyer and bring them to court.

It´s not like i´m losing anything here. I had written off the money a long time ago. When Andrew came on GFY back in June, i thought what the hey, let´s try it, maybe i´ll get some money i never expected to get. The 4 sites that I placed the Ibill buttons on are not huge sellers (no affiliate program set up). Maybe 20 joins a month (and to be fair - i have been getting paid for that).

But the thing is, Andrew came here and promised to get me something that I had written off (although it rightfully belongs to me), I went to the trouble of getting the links up, AT LOT OF EMAIL HASSLES because Ibill has the worst customerservice in the history of the internet and I generally got new hope. We have a signed agreement - I WANT THAT MONEY.

As for all you who says forget it, the money is gone. I´m not at that point yet, It´s my money - why should I not try to get them?

And calling a lawyer and paying $100 for it, dream on - $100 will get you nowhere and you also have to remember that I´m located in Europe. If I lived i FL i would be knocking on Ibills door instead.

I´m not trying to "work things out" - I´m trying to get money owed to me. Ibill will never be my MAIN processor again.

Hope you people will keep bumping this one :-)

Did that - and on Nov. 9th was solemnly promised by Tom Catterson that a cheque was being cut "that day" for the full amount owing.

As of today (Nov. 26th)...it hasn't arrived yet.

Still watching...waiting.

Doesn't work! If you have contacted them and got paid, how much was the outstanding amount?

Idiot !

Fuck off ! IBall's lackey. Hundreds of people tried this and still havent gotten a cent. The warning about Iball's will go on being posted on all forums and message boards until every last cent has been paid back to webmasters and affiliates and yes that includes all outstanding amounts before Sept 2004.

Get it ?

I can't believe that people still think IBILL will pay them. The economics are simple.

They have 100% bills to be met, I doubt if todays turnover even meets those bills. So forget about them raising money to pay the debts.

They will never float and the Titanic thread is completely acurate.

I know it sounds tough but the best way to get back at them is to sue them.

My guess is that a few big sponsors already did this and got at least part of their money back. Maybe that is why they don't have anything left to pay out the smaller guys ? just my

Your advice re contacting iBill is 100% sound and you need to forgive folks for "spreading bad publicity" - it's just a human thing to bitch when assholes don't pay.

Now... about the "you will all be getting paid soon"? Can ya pass out guarantees and indemnities to secure this please since you obviously have no doubts?

Now.. please, please, fuck off and learn something before talking crap here.

BTW..... BUMP!

Just as an aside... months ago the AG's office in Florida were compiling a list of complaints re non-payment by iBill. At that time there was too much faith in the assholes and not enough complaints being made.

If you want to seriously get some action moving - that may be good or bad in the end (in respect of getting money), but it is something worth doing instead of waiting for more garbage from iBill reps.

Little doubt, there are plenty demons in the cupboard with this company - from the time of the purchase onwards. The sooner an investigation starts - the sooner the lot gets cleared up.

If ya can't be bothered suing them - give the AG's office a call and register your complaint!

PS... Can't say for sure.. but chances are iBill is already being watched and it's not time to act yet.

Claude.. you really based in the EU?

If so.. you dealt with INTeca in settlements from iBill? They were sitting in the middle and dealing with iBill (with difficulty!) on EU payments and managed to get a good few mill released. Can't say what the current status is with them, but it may be worth emailing and asking. The URL is http://www.inteca.org

I think one of the objects of Inteca is to get some security setup with third party processors - stuff like security of client funds and having this audited on a regular basis and, if possible, not permitting a TTP to access funds directly - apart from their own commission. This is a fundamental flaw even with "large processors" right now.

I got total respect for the quality of the people behind this - they are well-qualified and familiar with e-commerce and the problems attached. Can't remember now how many millions they managed to retrieve from iBill banks on behalf of EU webmasters - but it's a lump!! :-)

They are also very helpful - so worth shooting an email thru!

Just a bit of explanation, there is a BIG difference for people who have used Ibill EU (they're luckier) and Ibill US (First Data desaster).

Ibill EU: These funds get paid by Inteca and they are more or less on time and accurate. Maybe some people miss a couple thousands in reserve payments but more or less these are being paid. Rebills are processed in the Philipines now from what I hear and those are also being paid pretty much on time (give or take a few days delays). Once again, possibly minus reserves.

Ibill US: Did anybody ever get any of the "Frist Data" funds (other than the First Data reserve)? Ibill is still owing people millions back form Sept. 2004. Now what they obviously tried is the following proposal: "Use our new processing solution in the Philipines (gKard), and we will pay out a % of what we owe you from 2004". Guess it didn't quite work out for most people

Legally, Ibill has to pay every penny that is owed, unless of course they declare bankruptcy.

GKard is based out of a small island in the Caribbean. The Island is a recognized sovereign country with police force, and coast guard. Your money will be safe there.

You must have an awfully strange view of "safe"

"safe" is when you can get your money at any time , not when it is stolen and not returned , thats called robbery..

BTW wheres my money you promised... You better have my money by monday night at the very latest..

Can't blame the staff - they work under fucked management and knowingly lie or are decieved as well.

Dont recall the color..
I just recall being erect during our convo.

Mind if I ask you something? I'm just damned nosy! How long have you been dealing with processors or employed by them? Do you operate websites as a webmaster? If so, how long?

OK.. Back to the point - and I promise I won't burst out laughing and spew coffee over my keyboard. Who told you the stuff in your post? Are you familiar with this "small island"?

True, it is a sovereign county.

It does have a police force - kinda. They are busy shooting themselves in error, machine-gunning commercial airline pilots on the way to work and contaminating every scene of crime blah. It has been known for one of them to shoot himself twice while simply doing guard duty. The police chief was thinking of removing their firearms cos they were unfit to handle these in public places. Fortunately, some guns never fired, else they would have killed a few more innocent people in error (they prob forgot to load bullets).

Coastguard and customs? Sure they have some of that as well - kinda. They got a boat - it needs repaired, but a good boat otherwise. Customs keep opening the wrong luggage at the airport and causing embarassing incidents with a case full of talcum powder - at least that's what they said.

Now... about "Your money will be safe there." - this is a matter of judgement. It's all about the credibility of banks. That cred rests with individuals who operate banks and I got some faith in em - oddly (there are valid reasons). However, they are probably regretting the day they ever heard of gKard, Galanis or Molina. They don't like people with fraud and drug manufacturing backgrounds and gKard will not, - ever - be an account that will be beneficial to a bank. Little doubt eyes are on gKard activities on this island - at least when the banking security oversight folks are not pissed in the bar.

You getting a clue now?

Hell no! What makes you think that?

iBill are an upstanding company and that comes from the top downwards. Never missed a payment since they were founded and have an excellent repuation with the global banking community - sometimes more than you may think!

And... Another BUMP for Claude, Smokey, SK and webmasters who have been lied to and still never been paid!
