I've never had to deal with their customer service. It just takes me an hour to login and then another hour to navigate to any other section of their site. I wish they weren't the only game in town, but for now, their shitty service has the market cornered. :|

Although if I dont come foward, and explain what a shitty service they are providing, well no one will, and god knows how many people will be burnt.
