i never thought my phrase "drink more post more" would become used.

but there are surfers on message boards as well as adult webmasters posting this phrase on boards around the world now.

i have the google alerts turned on for it and get an email everytime someone uses it :1orglaugh

they featured the song on digg or something
some guy just found it
or maybe it was metafilter

anyway some big site picked up on drink more post more so it may be a fad now

i have seen surfers on forums using it.

and there are 48k plus google results for it now :)

I am proud to have made that phrase up drunk one night and see people saying things like:

" That "Drink More, Post More" stuff probably applies to me more than I'd like it to.

all i hope is that people at least realize i made it up, my own drunken isolation caused me to create that line. :)

people would be like "remember that time when..." or "man things were so good back when..." and id say "remember the alamo"

if i ever am on vh1 doing a behind the music ill tell the story

i think in a weird way what we did at that time was somewhat ahead of its time.

using internet based viral phrases with the nerdery that surrounds not only message boards but being a webmaster - the shit was just perfect marriage and it would become viral itself.

i remember writing about how using something like that would in effect infect the masses and how not many people could pull that off. it was your 'yt" status that would take that from just a track, to the elite of the BBS internet world. this is more than viral marketing.

as i said, now not only webmasters have gotten it, surfers on gamer forums are saying "drink more post more"

i think that kicks ass, and you did something that not many could do.

i get a couple messages a day from people who arent even nerds/internet savvy that say theyve taken a newfound interest in computers and shit just from my music
