that was great thread. Most people I know have the impression it was cjbucks and somewhere among the threads it was officialy posted it wasnt them,but guess what? none let these people know and for absolutely no reason a company's reputation and people behind it are under question. Gotta love gfy.

Like I mentioned in another one of these "calling out" threads... threads like this force readers to speculate as to who the person in question is. Right now I have a few ideas as to who it may be.

If I were Lars or DH I would be upset, too. Think of their top clients and affiliates thinking to themselves "how did that twat get in but I didn't?" If I were that affiliate, I would be pretty insulted.

I know of a few people that paid a LOT of money to go to this party. And then there's the other people who bust their ass day in and day out earning their way to the party. And then there's the guys who work just as hard as every other guy, but couldn't get in because some other douche was more sneaky then them.

Private parties are a great idea to honor friends and good business associates, but there always seems to be some sort of problem and someone always comes away with their feelings hurt.

Not putting up with someones crap, I like it. Screw being "the bigger man", really I will take "self respect" anyday.

This could have been handled in a much better way. Lars should have went directly to the person. If you're going to bring it to the boards you mind as well out them. Nobody else noticed but you. There was really no reason for this thread.

Ok, just for a second put yourself in this guy's position... No ticket, no way of going, great party... So you try all the buses until one lets you on. No one tried to stop you, now you're in.

No one's crashed a party before? Or made up a bullshit story to get into a club, concert, event, etc? Or is it bad now because it was your party?

I agree though, you have a great party and a couple people will slip through. For the size of the crowd - It was a who's who of the current industry leaders, shapers, and personalities. Quite impressive boys! I was really glad I got in.

If the main sponsorships were in the 40k range - it definately looks like you got your money's worth DH. It isn't easy to stand out away from a company the size of Playboys' but in this case p2pAds and Friendfinder did.

To tell the truth, no matter how big the event, at least 1% of the people there are usually not invited by the hosts. From the Oscar Vanity Fair party to the Players Ball, that's ALWAYS how it is. You can't stop everybody so why be pissed?
