Only on dedicated servers since it's not production yet, any host would use it on a shared server is questionable in my opinion.

If you have a dedicated server with WHM/cPanel It's a simple click of a button to install it. OR without WHM/cPanel ANY server admin can install PHP5 in about two minutes.
Just though you should know so you don't pick some shitty host because they say they have php5 (every dedi host has php5)
