Playboy Mansion Party - just out of curiosity...?

It was hyped like it was going to be one of the best webmaster parties ever...but almost all the pics just showed that it was a normal webmaster party, just at a cool location

give me some more detail about what made it great other than the location...where their bunnies there? something really special?

i am not dogging it in the least bit, i am seriously just curious what everyone that didn't go missed....

The location was by far the coolest thing to me.

It was like playing ball in candlestick park.

A VERY cool venue, with a mythical aura.

For people (like me) who have grown up thinking "The Grotto" was like "Narnia" ...it was a fantastic time.

Plus the drinks were strong, people were dressed up, There were places to roam about and monkeys to see. And yeah, there were some playboy models I recognized, too. Plus they seemed to have bussed in tons of attractive women who were just excited to be at a Mansion party. .

As I said in one thread, it was pure sensory overload. I got whiplash from spinning around so fast checking out the hot women.

Combine that with everyone being in a great mood, great food, free booze, good music, great locale . . you name it, it was there.

Judging on how people are jumping all over you, I'd assume you are onto something, however I wasnt there, so it's just an assumption.

If I was forced to choose with the party i was at lastnight vs this playboy one, I would of picked the lastnight one.

Bingo. I threw a party there in '99 for an entertainment project I was working on. Sure enough there were plenty of non bunny women, and because of the project a ton of bunnies decided to show. Still, the women we had on our own guestlist were the main attractions. I wish we had good digital cameras back then.

I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
