Saddam should have never been pulled out of office in the first place. He was made out to be worse than he actually was. U.S troop withdrawals are likely to begin in 2006 if the political process in Iraq stays on schedule and as the Iraqi military becomes fully capable.

Our military has been on the bench for nearly 20 years. They haven't had really any work until now. That's the fucking best job. Get paid and do nothing. And now they have to work for their money and their mommies are crying that their sons will die in war.

It's like a firefighter sitting at the house for 20 years and when there is finally a fire they are scared to go put it out because the fire might kill them.
