I've emailed the guy nicely twice to ask about the card and mention the situation, I've also contacted some others that bought even more expensive items from the guy and they never recieved their items either. When the guy did reply, he said, and I quote "
stop emailing saying i robbed you.. youll get the card.. stop bitchin".
Well, it's the 19th now, the guys being a dick, and his account was closed. I'm sick of waiting for Ebay to do something, so I figured if I had a picture of his location, that might speed up the refund process
