After you add a credit card, PayPal will charge a $1.95 membership fee to your credit card which will be refunded to your PayPal account when you have completed the member confirmation process.
WTF? I thought that its free!!!!!!  |

It said that it's free. Then I see a hidden charge.... Its the princple that counts you money hungry posters! Thats like saying... this is free content but you have to pay for it and then we will refund your cash... Understand now or no? I am not crying about a charge but a hidden fee which is like a lie. |
