Why dont you ask wildline why they allow an affiliate to do this? They specifically say they dont accept affiliates.

If I have understood everything then wildline does not accept affiliates but they are the affiliate themself.

You guys might want to look into this a bit more... If they're using the "Search Submit" program (PPC) then they may be violating the "Pages dedicated to directing the user to another page ("doorway pages")" guideline.. If they're using the Pro program then they might have a contract that allows them to do that.
