Software needed to mass-add copyright sign into pictures

    Hello,

Does anybody know a good software which can be used to add the copyright sign into the pictures for my paysite ?

I have tried Photoshop and Thumbs Plus - but they write all pictures to a different destination folder. Maybe anybody knows either how to force this software to do it the way I want it or maybe any other good soft ?

I need to keep the original pictures folder structure - the software should simple overwrite the original images with the ones having the copyright logo placed and keeping the file structure without any changes.

Please help - this is an important thing for me right now.

ThumbsPlus can do that in addition to a bunch of other things (generating thumbnails and associated html, for example).
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Unseen is correct, Thumbs Plus does this very well and very fast.

There's also a thing called EyeBatch from www.atalasoft.com that does an extremely good job at what you want, with a lot of controls over size, shape, font, color, etc. of the legend you want to add to your pics.

I haven't checked each URL so maybe you can save me some time.

Do any of these programs allow you to mass add the watermark? So I just point it to the directory of images and it does it's thing?

Yes, eyebatch does that -- it's a batch processor by design. However, in my experience there are very few image collections where every image looks decent with the same color logo in the same size and at the same place. Accordingly, a little custom tweaking is generally required for five to ten percent of the images, if you want the set to look good.

Cooler said he tried Thumbsplus and Photoshop already.

CompuPic does batches and you can set your text with a border so it can be seen on every pic. You can save settings too if you have more than one site to do it for.

You can also do overlays with images if you want. Plus much more too.

For the best protection, I'd recommend the services of this company..
                          http://www.digimarc.com

they assign you an id# that will work with the watermark embed feature of Photoshop & will watermark your photo's with your id..
