Anyone having troubles with RegisterFly?

I registered a few domains yesterday.. the money came out of my bank account, but the domains didnt show up in my registerfly account. Whois info shows the domains as still being available.

I sent an email to support.. I even got an automatic reply saying expect a response in 2-4 hours.. its been 23 hours. I tried calling, after being put on hold i was hung up on, when I called back again it just rings non stop.

their support is shitty as hell (they hang up on people alot). they've taken money out of my bank for auto-renewel domains, and yet, never showed up as being paid for. they did that to me, twice.

i called and after being hung up on after holding for 30 mins, i had to keep calling back, about 20 times. they only gave me credit for 1 of the two domains though so i ended up paying $18 for one domain. bullshit.

I finally got my last domain tranfered away from them. Their service sucks thier, cutomer support sucks, and they are the most condescending.....FUCKS I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with!
