I notice most of the spammers listed there are from the US, Canada and Australia - when will these countries be included in the banned countries list?

We had lots of email addies and whenever some jerk spams us, I make sure to turn them in. If *WE* have to follow the rules the others will or get the boot if they deal with us. ESPECIALLY when they spam his kids email addies with no regard to who they are mailing.
