how much do modeling agencies charge
Anyone know what the average modeling agency will charge to book a model.
What percentage of the model booking fee does the agency get

In Prague it is often 50% or more to the agent. There are some really bad guys out there. If you plan to shoot a lot it's probably much cheaper to have a co-operation with someone to find you models instead of using agents.

I used to charge $100 per booking, thats pretty standard in LA.

Most L A agencys charge $100 to the photographer and take 15-20% of the models fee.

You can go to the site in my sig and simply contact the models yourself (over 1200 talent profiles in the 2 months we are up). A lot of agencies ask 100 bucks per booking on top of the girls rates, then whatever they get from the girl.
