I'm looking for someone with very DEEP knowledge of linux (from the kernel level), linux web related services and applications. The job responsibility will be taking care of anything related to servers (dozen+ linux boxes with more on the way) and making sure everything is running smoothly.

I WANT SOMEONE FOR WHOM LINUX IS A HOBBY AND NOT JUST A JOB FUCTION.

REAL EXPERIENCE WITH HEAVY TRAFFIC SITES (200-300k+ uniques daily)

VERY STRONG all-around experience of all of the below is needed.
(installing, compiling, maintance, troubleshooting)

* Apache 1.3 / 2.0 (incld. ssl - eg. mod_ssl)
* RHEL / CentOS
* Cpanel/WHM
* MYSQL (Replication / Clustering / Load Handling / Optimizations )
* PHP 5
* Load balancing
* DNS
* SERVER SECURITY
* Networking (setting up / troubleshooting)

* Work references, experience, projects, anything to convince us,
