Level 3 is my host and their stock is on fire up 10% today I bought in around 2.80 ish and its at 3.40 I bought more today at 3.30 I think this one has some legs.. something is up..

there's been a lot of positives floating around level 3 since they announced they were buying wiltel. analysts are now looking for more consolidation which should allow companies like level 3 to improve margins.

consolidation was expected a while ago, hasn't happened yet. this could spur other deals.
chances are you can make more money cashing out of level 3 and looking at potential acquistion targets in the sector than simply holding level 3. but i'm sure most of those companies have already jumped since its 3 week old news now, haven't looked into it.Comment

i can destroy your Level 3 investment - all I have to do is buy 10,000 shares - hell even if I buy 10 shares - I guarantee you it will be worth half of what it is now within a month.
