I'd say after they launch and no one can find any. A lot of people think the shortage is just hype at the moment.

Yeah, who knows it still might be.. but I am doubting it. Tough pulling off a global launch all at the same time and keeping everyone happy.

Usually game systems have staggered launches around the world.

Frankly, If they are just keeping them in a warehouse to create a frenzy that's dirty and the FTC should find a way to get them.
