My thoughts, if I had to choose between these 2, I would pick the RS4. To bad they cost 110.000 EURO here, so like 130.000 USD :-(

Get a minicooper, and use the rest to buy insurance, and a clue.

here's a novel idea. instead of trying to impress a bunch of young whores, surfers and tgp submitters - buy a 20,000.00 car and invest 50,000.00.

:2 cents:

Unless you have over 500k in the bank and/or earn 150k+ a year you are stupid for buying a 70k car.. just a thought

nice cars, just make sure it's not a rice burner that threw steal me stickers all over a civic.

I've got a 2005 CLS500 in silver right now and a 2005 CLS55 on it's way in black with chrome bling bling all over it. Don't think the CLS55 is going to be under $75k tho.

Even if I'd be millionaire I wouldn't spend 70k on a stock car ... cars are such a waste of money ...

Or at least, be original, buy an old one and rebuild it

Nysus 11-14-2005 05:53 PM

I know the car I'll be buying.. it's $45k Canadian.. though I'd want to modify it a little bit.. so likely $55-$60k once I'd be done with it.. Mmm... Not telling anyone though.. Not many people have one. :)

i would go with a used porsche, or a restored muscle car with power everything added.. that or a suv/truck pimped out..

emthree 11-14-2005 06:57 PM

or... Z06 (I forgot about it) :D

I love it.

1. comfortable---> it's comfortable to me. HOWEVER, it's not a comfort car. They have comfy honda's, but when you take the Type R (200HP)race edition, you know it's not a lincoln:) When you would take a 150 HP with comfort chassis, you have a totally different car :) But I'm 25 and wanted a racey car...

Reliable-->Yes Honda is one of the top most reliable cars. Toyota/Lexus/Subary/Honda/(Mazda too I think) all very reliable. Also so far the service from my dealer is perfect.

I would say, testdrive it, and decide it for yourself. I did it, and felt for it!

yeh i would go an M3 for sure
