[HELP] reality cash - content down

It happens to me quite often. When I login to get some content to build galleries, I get 404's on the vids and zips and broken images on the preview pages...

NOT FOUND
http://webmastercontent.realitycash..../hi/710_10.mpg

Sometimes that happens in the middle of a session, sometimes I can't get anything at all...

What's wrong?
