I want someone who has thier own equipment, studio flashes, video lights etc. Even thier own cameras. Studio space is a bonus . This should be easily affordable for a guy with a successful content site like yours. Especially when you consider we can shoot magazine sets as well as Internet sets. A much better return.

However if you're looking to pay less think about what you will get. Some guy who isn't worth that money and very unlikely to have the equipment you need and definitely not the studio.

I dont need a whole staff. I guy with lighting gear, strobes and vid lights. I already have all girls lined up. Basically I dont wanna lug all my lights out there

Having the staff speeds things up without cutting corners on quality, one person is setting the lights a very important thing I see from your site, building the next set, while another shoots. If you have two girls you can shoot both solo at the same time in different parts of the studio.

Of course if you can't afford the extras and just want me, my equipment and studio let's say $1200 a day. Of course if you can't afford that good luck finding all these things. but with me shooting instaed of who ever is shooting for you your sales will go through the roof.

You're right, but this market is changing and changing fast.

The surfer is getting more educated by the day and once he's joined a Hustler, Score or Private type site he's not going to be happy with what some offer. Would you be happy to go from driving a Saab to driving a Lada?

These guys have years of experience, talent and deep pockets. They also have 1,000s of gigs of content that few Internet sites can compete with. Did I say only 1,000s? Where are all the Gonzo sites going to be when they are competing with the Evil Angel studio?

But it's not just the quality of photography that matters, it's as you point out the eye and the most important thing is how the shooter motivates and relates to the model. This is the most imprtant thing in porn.
