Well the domain itself is not worth a whole lot on it's own. 10Chars / 3 words
Basically there's tons of other/better variations out there, that are available. Brand it, and it will up the value to where you're looking for.

branding is when you get a hot poker with a unique mark on the end, and push it against a cows ass, then that cow is branded YOURS!
a type in is when someone types in your domain.. |
