Why don't you buy a used stock one do some research and do it up yourself, thats the fun part. Everytime you get bord with the car you put on a extra wing, just remember the more wing you put on the slower the car goes.

ps: buy a civic and drop a type-R or GSR and do the rims, suspension, and the exhaust and go tracking, I can recommand a hundred shops in T.O. that can do that for you and good price too.
