What the funk is this?

Can anyone figure out what this is? The IFrame'd page is getting fuckloads of hits, and it's on my server. The non-english characters for some reason don't show up right on my machine (wrong encoding or something?) so I can't babelfish them.

Try enabling the oriental languages first in your IE and see if it reads correctly. Then maybe some of the Russian ara languages. Odds are its from one of those parts of the World.

Yeah.. I just wonder what their intentions are towards my website. I notice the advertising on the message board is gay, so it's probably a gay message board, but for the number of views I'm getting, I'm not getting many clicks or conversions.
