    Good Morning GFY!

    It's a nice day here in middle TN, but because I'm still supposed to be on bedrest, no going out for me tonight. Much suckage. But at least I feel better, and that's the main thing.

                                                      Careful with aspirin - blood thinning can be an issue. I would suggest an anti-inflammatory like tylenol.

                                                      Taking the ring out can be a problem as well - leave it in! Try a popsicle or something cold to help reduce the swelling. An ice pack can help.

                                                      Did you pull it maybe? Sometimes that happens during sleep.
