Where's A Good Place To Stay In Las Vegas ?

Me and 8 other friends are planning a trip down to Vegas in Feb/March and we're debating on which hotels are good to stay at, so I figured that since all of you are experts in that category, that I'd ask you

The Venetion Rocks. Great Places to eat and Room Service is nice as well. But its a bit on the pricey side.

Oh yeah, I suppose that I should've mentioned that. I personally wouldn't mind dropping cash for a beautiful place like the Venetian, but I'm not sure if the others would be up for that kind of hotel expense.

I'm not really sure what the rates are, maybe something in the $100-$200 per night range ??

Mandalay Bay has awesome rooms...but, my personal favourite is the Venetian, for all of the above reasons.

The Bella Suites have two queen sized beds and the rooms are large..so you guys could share some suites to cut costs.

If you go through Rose Travel, you could get breaks on the prices.

$100-$200 range

My top 3 choices for rooms usually in this range are as follows:

Paris - new, nice, great location on the strip
Luxor - cool hotel, connected to Mandalay Bay
Aladdin - new, great location, fun to walk around in

Top 3 with no price budget:

The Hotel at Mandalay
The Venetian
Hard Rock

Thanks for the info everyone, maybe I'll talk to everyone and see if they'd be willing ot live it up at the Venetian, it seems like the place to be.

As far as the Venezia Bella suite goes, is it worth getting the View or Concierge option or are those a waste ?

Thanks for the options, I'll have a gander at the places. I know that the Luxor looks pretty cool.

Bally's was awesome when I stayed there. Didn't like the MGM Grand that much when I stayed there.
