PS - Try pulling my hours... I apologize if you thought I sounded superior (it was NOT meant to be that way.... I had been reading so many posts all day about these girls who slack). I am sure you work hard. I know this "job" isnt easy and I give you credit as well.... I am sure you know your shit.

When I work on ImLive (the competitive bitch that I am, I dont sleep for 3 days at a time). I work over 220 hours in 2 weeks. Yes, I may get to #1 but that is by determination.

Believe me, I understand why you want to differentiate yourself from the average girl-with-a-website. Being lumped into the "content" category when you're pulling those kind of hours is infuriating.

Get your affiliate links set up through CCBill & I'm sure you'll find folks to send you traffic in no time. Good luck!

getting burned out is going to happen, when I first sarted my site I was doing 5-7 cam shows on my site a week, each 3 hours long.

I would never put my cam on a cam network, I stay exclusive to my site, you want to see me, you have to pay me, not someone else.
I understand allot of you all use them for traffic, its an idea but you can get traffic elsewhere and force people to pay to see you.

*your using photobucket to host your webcam pics?
bad idea, keep it all on your own server.

Actually.. of all webmistresses I know, Vanilla, I KNOW you work hard... I have seen your shows. You put on one hell of a show. I do them and I know how hard it is to keep from being burnt out (or looking that way).

My post was from hours of exhaustion and the last 2 right before I posted, I was watching a lot of posting going on by people who dont know the biz. I cant edit my first post, I would if I could.

WE work hard and that is that. There are TONS of girls out there busting ass... It just pisses me off to see some doing so well when they dont do much and my efforts seem to be going to waste sometimes.

I'll get it right if it kills me but at least I had the journey along the way. :)

I just went through my photobucket file to see if I had any pics there. Most of my pics are on my members section.

My mailing list is down because I recently switched servers to privatecamz and that was one detail I forgot to think about. It is being reinstalled now.

Hey Amy! First let me say you're stunningly beautiful and you have the determination to succeed, so with the proper guidance, you most definitely will. I'm not a marketeer, so I can't help there, but I will advise you to get a good photographer. If you're not trying for an amateur site, don't use pics taken by your ex, because they give that impression. Right now you have too many heads being cut off or 1/2 cut off (etc) and the composition isn't the best. You'll be amazed at the difference quality photography can make. I don't mean to criticize; just to help. I hate to see true beauty being degraded by a poor photographer. :)

you should produce some Video galleries and picture galleries

hosted would be best. submit them to tgps and create an affiliate program .. a simple one using CCbill
provide your affiliates with your hosted galleries.

this would do well for you, your content would sell itself.
