My friends mother actually had the same problem, this was in Nigeria..

..someone got a chicken, slit its throat and nailed it to the door... and wrote some voodoo type inscriptions on the door in blood.

The tenant left the next day. They're very superstitious in Africa

Yeah.. well the tenant doesn't live on my moms property anymore, but my mom can't rent it out again, can't sell it or do anything to it before the court gives it's ruling. Even the tenant knows he lost the case and moved out like 3 months ago..but the court just fucks around. It's astonishing.
