Buying gallery spots and partner accounts is if worth it?

It's a matter of trial and error.

Anyone who's done that research for themself would be crazy to divulge it here.

That's the truth! I've spent big money on some partner accounts and was never even listed (even though all of my sample galleries were given thumbs up and props). Then, when I contacted the webmaster to inquire I got the usual string of BS.

On the flip side, I've also spent smaller amounts of money to promote on smaller start up sites and had decent results.

So bottom line (in my opinion), they can absolutely be worth it but I don't think there's any definitive blueprint you can follow. Some sites convert certain sponsors better... or even niches. You just have to find out what works best for you.

yeah... all the partner accounts differ.. some'll make sales for you, some won't... all depends on your galleries..
I guess apparently just stay away from worldsex right now..

it pays off if you know what niche sells best on what type of sites.

Yeah, worldsex and al4a account lately, its like just giving them money NOT to list you, or to rarely list you due to oversold spots. Unfortunately at this time, I cannot recommend them and hopefully Pierre gets his act together again over there regarding his paid submitters.
