How can I attract new affiliates?

Hey guys, looking for some pointers here
I have an affiliate program for debsdeepthroat.com 50/50
I offer hosted movie and pic galleries and have done exclusive stuff in the past for webmasters. What else can I do to get more people promoting the site. It converts really well, deepthroat is a rare niche so its in a class on its own, any advice will be apreciated. I just as of yesterday posted a sample movie for anyone who wants a peek to see if I really can deepthroat.

The best way is to run a contest. Get them to design a banner, a button, a gallery, whatever. Usually gets a lot of exposure for cheap, and some quality work.

1) That video was incredible. Just that clip was better than most of the slick well produced content out there. You have a good thing going.... just keep at it. I think that will sell very well.

2) Fix all your site. Your URL does not work. You can not have leaks or broken links. People will not join up to promote you (or join your site) with bad links. Make a good 404 page in case they do find something broken.

3) I can't see your site cause the url is broke so I can't comment any more. But just from that clip I can tell you that you have a good thing, you just have to fine tune it.

4) Stay on the boards. All of them. Become friends with people, get into the network of sites for solo females, swingers, mature women, amateur girls... they will promote you I'm sure.

5) Blow me at the next show and it will fix everything. :-)

But I'd stick with CCBill, since you can profit from the fact that some big sites use it, too. (Score-cash, for example)

I had the guys at www.insaneadultcreations.com do a second tour for me, and they rocked... the tour rocked... and the conversions rocked. It was only like $750 or something. Well worth it. (BTW - I have NOTHING to do with iac or to gain in anyway - they just did kick ass work for me!) and if you can get NATS setup for free or cheap then I'd definetly go with NATS... you'll have WAY more control over pumping your affiliates with all the extras in NATS that ccbill just doesn't have in the affiliate program department.

Oh, another good designer that I just had do some FHG templates for me was http://tenderdesign.com/portfolio/ (again I gain nothing - just a great designer). I did about 5 revisions. Some due to my fault, and he didn't bitch once.

So....

concentrate on your niches
